Bucky reports on last night's Survivor:
Here we are back at Survivor: Redemption Island, where Rob’s alliance has disposed of all the Zapatera tribe and so, I guess, inherits their water-tight rice jar and ample supply of rice.
In the spooky night vision scene at Redemption Island, Ralph joins Mike and Matt. As they are sitting around the fire (discussing, among other things, how much weight Steve has lost) Steve shows up.
Mike astutely points out that Zapatera may be out of the race to the finals, but they have the numbers to control the jury vote. So if just one former Zap can make it back and into the finals, that person should be wealthy.
At camp, Andrea says the alliance has been on cruise control for the last five votes, so she is excited to get back to playing the game. Natalie, on the other hand, breaks down in tears. She calls them “hormone tears”, which I’ve never heard of, so I Googled it up and sure enough, there is a stress hormone called prolactin which is released from the body via tears. And it is found in much higher concentration in women than in men. Thus, Former Federal Agent Phillip isn’t crying the way Natalie is. I love science. (SKK: I'm pretty sure that's not what she meant. But that's OK.)
Rob interviews that “I just have to keep everybody happy and not talking to each other...” That should be simple.
